Updates
Updates will be available to print and download from this website. From 2010 it is intended that these will be available on a subscription basis. The update consists of a noter–up to the provisions in the book and additional materials.
The update follows the order of the book and readers should use this update in conjunction with the Manual. The update refers to the appropriate page numbers in the Manual. For ease of reference certain parts of the legislation are set out in full with the amendments incorporated e.g. Schedule 5 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and Regulations 37 – 44 of the Conservation (Natural Habitats &c.) Regulations 1994.
